OVERNIGHT ADVENTURES: 2D1N IBAN LONGHOUSE
HIGHLIGHT
An eye opening trip. Explorer at Heart. Passing padi fields, pepper plantations, farms, roadside kampungs and tropical jungles. Stop at a small town to explore farmer's fresh produce.
Then we stop at a jetty, time to take a longboat up stream and into the depths of the jungle. You could see fishes in the river. Upon arrival at the longhouse with a warm welcome. It was an eye opening experience walking an exploring the longhouse catcing a glance of the lifestyle of the iban people and study their history and wars which was depicted by the skulls hanging from the ceiling that Iban was used to be a Headhunter.
Then let's cook dinner, you could join in the natives to learn about their culinary style and put your spin in it.
After dinner, refresh yourself and have a fiesta join the rest of the longhouse folks and enjoy an evening of music and dance with rounds of tuak, their home made rice wine. When the evening winds down, guests can present their gifts to the Iban, small tokens which will be shared equally amongst all those present.
After the fun, it's time for a cozy sleep at the longhouse at the Ruai of the longhouse.
Next morning, wake up early time for breakfast, take part in a blowpipe demonstration before proceeding for a nature walk to visit native farms and an Iban burial ground. After that it's time to depart back to the city.

IMPORTANT REMARKS
1. All paid bookings are non-refundable.
2. Customers agree that their purchased tour(s) will be delegated to Borneo Exploration who will contact the Customer for further arrangements and details regarding the booking, in up to five (05)working days after the booking has been made.
3. Take note that the cut-off date for booking is six (06)days before the travelling date.
4. Customers to inform Borneo Exploration, should they wish to make changes to their booking, up to two (02)times only and at latest forty eight (48) hours before the booking date. This applies to cases such as;
- Postponement of travelling date.
- Customer(s) replacement.
5. Group Bookings only for all packages - Min 6 pax per booking, unless specified.
6. Force Majeure: Borneo Exploration does not accept any liability for any loss, inconvenience or damage caused by threat of war riot or civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural calamities, personal health issue, local authority’s regulations, technical breakdown or delay of transport beyond the reasonable control of the company.
7. In the event of force majeure, Borneo Exploration reserve the right to reschedule or postpone tours after considering guest’s safety and health matters.
