- Maximum redemption of 2 free cruise vouchers per cabin when members travel as 3rd / 4th passenger.
- Voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue.
- Valid for 3N Penang / Phuket Cruise, 2N Malacca / Kuala Lumpur Cruise, 2N Weekend Cruise and special itineraries onboard SuperStar Virgo.
- Not valid for peak season, FlyCruise and CoachCruise packages.
- Applicable for cabin categories, DD-BA (subject to availability).
- Original voucher and membership card must be presented at the point of booking.
- Voucher is not transferable and has no cash value. Will not be extended or replaced if lost or stolen.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts and vouchers.
- Subject to Star Cruises Terms and Conditions.

1. What are the criteria¡¦s needed to become a Star Kid Club Member? You must be a Malaysian only of 12 to qualify.
2. What are the benefits and privileges for StarKids members?

3. How do I apply for the StarKids Club Membership?

4. How long does it take to process the application?
It takes about 3 - 4 weeks to process the application. 5. Which are the applicable itineraries?
The applicable itineraries onboard SuperStar Virgo is clearly stated on the back panel of the StarKids voucher and within the welcome folder. They are as follows:
3N Langkawi/Phuket Cruise (Sun), 2N Malacca/Kuala Lumpur Cruise (Wed) and 2N Weekend Cruise (Fri). Not applicable for Peak Season, FlyCruise & CoachCruise programs.
6. How much is the cruise fare?
The cruise fare per person is based on the itinerary, departure date and cabin category selected. If you book 45 days before actual departure date, a 15% StarSavers Rate is applicable.
7. What does the cruise fare include?
Luxurious accommodation, up to 6 meals a day, world-class entertainment, spa & recreation, facilities for the young. Cruise fare excludes optional shore excursions, passenger handling fees and incidental charges.
8. Do I have to pay for the Passenger Handling Fees? How much is it?
Passenger Handling Fees for 2N Malacca/Kuala Lumpur Cruise (Wed) & 2N Weekend Cruise (Fri) is MYR182 per person, and for 3N Langkawi/Phuket Cruise (Sun) MYR248 per person.
9. If my child is an infant, how much do I need to pay?
Infant fare is 25% of normal fare with 2 full-fare paying passengers. However, if the child signs up as a StarKids member, he/she gets to go on a Free Cruise during the first year of membership.
10. How many persons can a cabin accommodate?
According to immigration guidelines, each cabin can take up to a maximum of 4 persons. For balcony cabin, it can take 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
11. What is the difference between the cabin categories?
We have in all 15 different cabin categories, ranging from Inside Stateooms (without a view), OceanView Stateroom with Window & Balcony, to Junior & Executive Suites with jaccuzzi.
12. What can I do onboard SuperStar Virgo?

13. Is it safe for my children to stay in a Balcony cabin?
Yes, our balcony cabins come with high plastic panel and wooden railing. Moreover, there is a glass door with a safety gadget to prevent children from gaining access to the balcony area.
14. How many kids can I bring?
For each cabin, a maximum of 2 children below 12 years gets to cruise free with 2 full-fare paying adults.
15. What will I receive on my birthday?
The birthday treat varies from month to month. For greater details, kindly log on to www.starkidsclub.com.
16. What is the validity of the StarKids Membership?
The StarKids Membership is valid till the child reaches 12 years old.
17. How much does it cost for the StarKids Membership application?
A one-time MYR18 administrative fee applies upon the approval of the application.
18. What are the contents of the goodie bag?
The goodie bag consists of a Welcome Pack ¡V StarKids Membership Card, Free Cruise voucher, a StarKids pouch and starcruise keychain, etc.
19. What is the validity of the Free Cruise voucher?
The Free Cruise voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue and is non-transferable.
20. How much is the annual membership fee?
There is no need to pay annual membership fee.

22. What is the replacement cost for lost/stolen membership card?
MYR 18 replacement fee applies for lost/stolen membership card.

24. What happens after I turned 12?
The StarKids Membership will automatically expires once you turned 12 years.

A copy of the StarKids newsletter ¡V StarFish, will be mailed to StarKids members on a quarterly basis.
26. How do we find out about ongoing promotions and special offers by Star Cruises?
Star Cruises will roll out regular updates of ongoing promotions to StarKids Club members via SMS or/and email on an adhoc basis. Otherwise, you may also log on to www.starkidsclub.com.
