"The following charges apply to cancellations. An administration fee of a minimum of USD25.00 per person applies for cancellations made prior to two weeks before arrival plus any other cancellation charges imposed by other suppliers such as hotels, restaurants, carriers and any other companies related to the travel services. A 100% cancellation charge will be levied for cancellation made less than two weeks before arrival.

In Case Of Flight Delay / Cancellation (if air transportation is included in your tour package): Please be aware that Borneo Exploration cannot be held responsible for any flight delays or cancellations irrespective of source of booking. While we will endeavour to assist wherever possible we are not obliged to provide financial compensation or otherwise in such instances and we recommend that you check the terms of your own travel insurance.

Borneo Exploration cannot be held responsible or liable for the damage and loss of personal property during any portion of the trip.  Clients may wish to take out separate insurance policies pertaining to personal accidents and to damage and loss of property.
